Tomorrow is Dr. Suess' birthday. Who doesn't love Dr. Suess? His books bring so much fun, whimsy, and truth! Today we hosted a little Suessical playdate, and nothing is complete without a matching cupcake around here so I made up a few green eggs and ham cupcakes last night.
The green eggs and ham were both made from fondant. I used a sprinkle in the center of the ham and drew on the details with an edible marker, seriously easy and quick. I was so excited when I remembered I had these wrappers..aren't they perfect?
